Character

Hi everyone! Just a quick update before this week starts, we were blessed to have a speaker come and talk to us about our personal character and to never give up on the dreams God has given us. It was an encouraging and though provoking week as we thought about who we are and how other people may perceive us. I will work on a more detailed blog this week to share about the activities and testimonies from this week. This next week we have our base director speaking to us about Missions and then a Love Feast on Friday. A Love Feast is like a sendoff from lecture phase into outreach! There will be food, conversation and presentations by our amazing staff. It is a surprise though, so I do not know everything that will happen. All I know is we get to dress nice and enjoy ourselves that night! God has truly been speaking to me about His promises to me and to keep faith in Him and His promises, just as Abraham did in the old testament. I pray that you too will cling to this as you learn more of who God is! Again, I will be working on more in depth blog updates this week! This weekend has been so busy, and there is so much I want to tell you, so stay tuned for plenty of updates this next weekend!!!!!
